If you forget something, it will be sent to you on request, for a fee and at your own risk. We keep lost property for four months.

You can get a variety of drinks at our fireplace bar. There is also a minibar in the rooms in the main building - please let us know if you would like us to fill it. We serve red and white wine, sparkling wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

The following is available in every room: Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hair dryer, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hand soap.

Our younger guests may only use the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult – we have set specific times for this: Kids’ Time is from 11 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 6 pm. Please ensure that guests seeking peace and quiet are not disturbed.
The hof.spa is fully accessible to all guests aged 18 and over. Children are welcome in the swimming pool area during Kids’ Time.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to stay with us on request. We charge €29 per night (cleaning fee, provision of a dog cushion, food bowl and a small gift). Please always inform reception if your pet is left alone in the room. For reasons of hygiene, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. Please note that we reserve the right to reserve a table at the hotel bar for guests with dogs if the restaurant is very busy.

The following items are available at reception: toothbrush set, disposable razor, nail file, feminine hygiene products and bathroom stool.

We will bring you a different pillow free of charge on request. The following sizes are available: 80 x 80 cm, 80 x 60 cm and 80 x 40 cm.

Our accommodation is non-smoking. Please only smoke on the terrace.

You can borrow an umbrella free of charge from reception.

Please keep quiet from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.

We are there for you in person at reception from 7 am to 10 pm.

Our main entrance door is locked from 10 pm to 7 am. During this time, you can enter the house via the entrance by the sandstone staircase with your room key. If you are staying in Haus Weinland, please use the side entrance - you will also need your room key here.

A shoe shine machine is located on the first floor in the foyer.

At the reception you will find a small but fine selection of gifts and souvenirs.

There are public toilets (including an accessible toilet and a changing table) in the entrance area.

A variety of hiking and cycling maps are available at reception.

Whether you’d like to do a short private yoga session or simply want to relax – we’re happy to provide you with our Leinsweiler Hof yoga set free of charge. The set includes everything you need: a yoga mat, a blanket, a meditation cushion and yoga blocks. Perfect for a great start to the day! Available at reception.
