One-Day Yoga Retreat – “Space for Yourself”
Immerse yourself in a restorative yoga experience at Leinsweiler Hof, set in the picturesque heart of the Southern Wine Route. On November 8th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you will be surrounded by lush landscapes and a calm atmosphere that invites you to reconnect with your inner balance and recharge your energy.
Your One-Day Retreat Schedule
9:00 AM Arrival and welcome in the yoga room with our certified yoga instructor
10:00–11:30 AM Yoga Session 1
12:00 PM Light lunch
After lunch: Free time for relaxation or personal retreat until 4:30 PM
4:30–6:00 PM Yoga Session 2
5:15–6:00 PM Yoga Session 3
6:00–6:30 PM Closing circle
