Our 5.senses.yoga.fusion.retreat combines mindful movement, conscious breathing, intuitive energy work and soulful relaxation into one immersive weekend – curated to speak to all your senses.

• From 3:00 PM | Arrival & Check-in
• 4:00–5:15 PM | Individual massage sessions (30 min per person)
• 6:00 PM | Welcome circle in the yoga room
• 6:15–7:00 PM | Gentle yoga & breath flow in silence
• 7:30 PM | Dinner together

Saturday

• 8:00–9:00 AM | Yo–Pi–Qi: Yoga, Pilates & Qi Gong
• From 9:30 AM | Breakfast
• 11:30 AM–2:15 PM | Individual massage sessions (30 min per person)
• Free time for spa, sauna, rest or a walk in the vineyards
• 5:00–6:30 PM | Intuitive Yoga: tuning into what your body needs
• 7:30 PM | Dinner together

Sunday

• 7:45–9:00 AM | Yo–Pi–Qi: A gentle and mindful morning session
• From 9:30 AM | Breakfast
• 11:00 AM | Check-out & farewell
